Our Core Services
Aluminum Extrusion Bending
Capacity: from ½” x ½” (12mm) up to 30” x 12” (762mm x 300mm) profile envelope.
We bend aluminum extrusions with controlled radii, repeatable accuracy, and minimal distortion for architectural, industrial, transport, lighting, and specialist formed profile applications. Our process supports prototypes, one-off projects, and larger production runs where consistent section control and clean visual results are essential.
View capability3D Bending / 3D Forming
Capacity: from ½” x ½” (12mm) up to 16” x 16” (400mm x 400mm) profile envelope.
Our 3D bending and forming capability creates aluminum profiles in multiple planes, supporting complex frames, curved assemblies, lighting structures, and design-led components. It is ideal where standard two-dimensional bending is not enough and the final part needs accurate geometry, repeatability, and controlled appearance.
View capabilityStretch Forming
Capacity: up to a 20” x 20” profile envelope.
Stretch Forming is ideal for smooth, sweeping aluminum curves where surface quality, dimensional control, and reduced distortion are important. This process supports architectural sections, transport components, curved façade profiles, and long formed members requiring consistent, repeatable geometry across the profile.
View capabilityProfile Twisting
Capacity: up to 3 ft, or 1000 mm, wide profiles twisted.
We twist aluminum profiles with controlled rotation, alignment, and repeatability for specialist design and engineering applications. This supports helical forms, progressive rotation, and matched components where visual continuity, structural performance, and accurate installation fit are critical to the finished project.
View capabilityAluminum Extrusion Machining
Capacity: five-axis machining up to 20 ft x 6 ft x 2 ft high (6m x 1.8m x 0.6m).
We machine curved aluminum extrusions with holes, slots, mitres, end details, fixing points, and customer-specific features. This helps reduce secondary handling, improve repeatability, and deliver profiles that are ready for fabrication, assembly, finishing, or installation within your wider production process.
View capabilityAluminum Profile Fabrication & Assembly
Capacity: fabrication and assembly up to 50 tons maximum component or structure weight.
We fabricate and assemble aluminum profile structures, sub-assemblies, frames, housings, lighting structures, and finished components. By combining forming, machining, welding, fixing, and inspection, we reduce supplier handovers and support projects from raw extrusion through to installation-ready product.
View capabilityLaser Welding
Capacity: aluminum laser welding up to 25 mm, or 1 inch, thick.
Laser Welding provides focused heat input, neat seams, and reduced distortion compared with conventional welding. It is suitable for precision assemblies, lighting products, fabricated profiles, visible joints, and production components where appearance, strength, accuracy, and repeatability are important. Alubend welds to AWS 2.1b standard, Aerospace class A and nuclear quality and documentation.
View capabilityAluminum Forming
Capacity: from ½” x ½” (12mm) up to 30” x 12” (762mm x 300mm) profile envelope.
Our aluminum forming capability supports simple curves, complex formed assemblies, architectural sections, lighting profiles, and industrial components. We help customers select the right forming process to balance appearance, strength, repeatability, tolerance, and cost for commercial and specialist applications.
View capabilityHow We Adapt to Regional Needs
